- All defects will be corrected immediately
- The service will meet your specific requirements
- Third-party systems will remain available

You retain ownership of your data, business processes, and pre-existing intellectual property. We obtain limited licenses only as necessary to provide our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Disputes will be resolved through:
